Everlast Marketing LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

02Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide and support our Services. This may include:

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email, and business name.
  • Business information provided during onboarding, including service area, hours, and call-handling preferences.
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Communication data from forms, support requests, and SMS or email conversations with our team.
  • Voice and call data: audio recordings, transcripts, and metadata from calls handled by the Breeze AI voice agent on your behalf, as well as the information your callers share during those calls.
  • Technical data such as browser type, device information, and IP address.

03How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Providing, supporting, and improving our Services.
  • Operating the Breeze AI voice agent for your business, including generating call summaries and sending you lead notifications.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support.
  • Processing payments and maintaining business records.
  • Communicating service updates, account notifications, and feature changes.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

04Voice Calls, Recordings, and AI Processing

Breeze is an AI voice agent that answers calls forwarded from your business line. To deliver this service, we:

  • Record incoming calls handled by the agent so we can generate accurate transcripts and call summaries for you.
  • Process voice audio and transcripts through trusted AI providers (including Anthropic's Claude and the underlying telephony platform) to understand what the caller said and respond naturally.
  • Store call recordings, transcripts, and structured lead data (name, callback number, reason for calling, address, preferred callback time) so you can review and act on them.
Caller notice. Calls handled by Breeze may be recorded and processed by AI for the purpose of answering, summarizing, and routing leads to the business owner. The Breeze agent identifies itself when appropriate. Callers who do not consent may end the call at any time. You, as the business owner using Breeze, are responsible for any additional disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.

You may request that specific call recordings or transcripts be deleted by contacting us at [email protected].

05SMS Communications and Opt-In

If you provide your phone number, you may opt in to receive SMS messages related to customer support, appointment confirmations, missed-call responses, lead notifications from Breeze, and system updates. Message frequency varies. You can opt out by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

06Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, remember preferences (such as light or dark mode), and measure site performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended without them.

07Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards including SSL encryption in transit, secure cloud hosting, restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis, and confidentiality obligations for staff and contractors. No online system can guarantee complete security, but we work continuously to protect your information.

We retain personal information, call recordings, and transcripts only as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable laws. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

10Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, Twilio, and Anthropic). These platforms process information according to their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.

11Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors is limited to what is required to provide the Services.

12Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The "Effective" date above will be revised to reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
